Dundalk photographer Mark Duffy gave in to public demand and created a beautiful landscape calendar for 2022.

This is the first calendar I have released since I started photography five years ago, ”he says. “This is one of the most popular requests I received around this time and the reason I had never produced one before was simply because I didn’t have any snow scene photos that I wanted to do. was satisfied. And I’ve always thought that for a calendar you need at least one great photo of a snow scene and I’m happy to say I have one and it’s one of my favorite places to photograph, our own Proleek Dolmen. “

Mark, who quit his day job to work as a professional photographer shortly before the pandemic hit last year, has racked up huge social media success, embracing Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and recently launched her own podcast, sharing photography tips.

“The calendar is a collection of some of my favorite photographs taken all over Ireland, from Wexford to Kerry, Donegal, Dublin and Antrim,” he says.

Naturally, there are also stunning images from his own hometown of Louth, including views of the ‘fairy tree’ in Knockbridge, sunrise over Carlingford Lough, and Rock Castle under the Milky Way.

There are only a limited number of printed calendars and orders must be received by Monday November 8 in November. It can be purchased and shipped worldwide from Mark’s website www.markduffyphotography.com

Also as an additional offer, he is offering 30% off his “Louth Rediscovered” book with any purchase with the calendar.

This book was Mark’s first foray into publishing his inspiring landscape photographs, and only 200 copies remain out of a print run of 1,500.

He is delighted that copies of the book, which was dedicated to showcasing the beauty of County Louth, have toured the world, just as his 2022 calendar undoubtedly will.
